Purpose of the job
Support Hikma’s commercial team in defining brand strategies to drive performance and sustainable competitive advantage.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
•To develop marketing materials and tools for new and old products based on consumer’s needs and market trend

•To implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the position to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
•To follow upon brand performance and sales figures in order to secure achieving the sales target and budget
•To assist in the preparation of marketing plans for CHC products’ range so that the company is aware of anticipated performance.
•To develop the digital assists that will be used to promote CHC brands directly to the consumer and to manage brand’s presence in social networking sites such as : Facebook, Twitter, and other relevant blogs

•To drafts simple proposals and conducts market research and basic analysis of the data to present updates on the marketplace and identify opportunities for growth
•To ensure that all marketing activities are consistent with set brand guidelines in order to ensure a consistent message and image.
•To follow all relevant Marketing policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
•Ensures that all market records and databases are maintained in a manner which facilitates easy data.
Job requirements:
A pharmacist with a minimum two years’ experience in the field
Digital marketing knowledge, consumer business background and trade activation experience inside the pharmacies is a plus
Strong Arabic and English language
