Our client is a Leading E-commerce company. They are now looking for a Warranty Executive to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate with sellers and service centers ensuring serviceability and enhancing the after-sales sellers, service centers, and customer experience.
Coordinate with internal teams like logistics, finance, and warehouse.
Attend all warranty claim-related complaints.
Calling sellers/service centers and customers.
Reporting and MIS of the task.
