- Understand the demand of consumers to provide timely service and solutions via our e-commerce channels
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Manage consumer queries and complaints in real-time by offering practical solutions, ensuring complete problem resolution.
- Compile in-depth data of each customer in a segregated database containing detailed info about each interaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the organization's new regulations, products, and service launches through efficient communication with the management.
- Collaborate with the technical team to solve ongoing issues with a product or service.
المهارات
- Prior work exposure in the field of customer support and service.
- Experience working in e-commerce
- Good listening skills with fluent communication to address all concerns and doubts of the customers.
- Fluent communicator with an ability to present ideas and concepts through hi-tech and conventional channels.
- A skilled individual, capable of completing assigned tasks and responsibilities in the defined schedule.
- Fluent in operating the latest computer software and online tools.
