We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This role plays a crucial part in supporting our CTO and upholding the company's vision in providing industry-leading technology services.

1. Assist the CTO with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.

2. Act as the first point of contact for the CTO, efficiently managing correspondence and prioritizing incoming inquiries.

3. Prepare and coordinate detailed reports, presentations, and meeting materials to facilitate information sharing and productivity.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and maintain open lines of communication within the organisation .

5. Monitor and track project statuses, providing regular updates to the CTO and other stakeholders as needed.

6. Manage and maintain the CTO's contacts and ensure timely responses to emails, meeting requests, and phone calls.

7. Plan and coordinate team events, conferences, and workshops to support team engagement and professional development.

8. Support the CTO in implementing strategic initiatives and maintaining relationships with partners and clients.

9. Support and ensure smooth operations at office when CTO is away or traveling

المهارات

1.Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology, or a related field.

2. 3+ years of professional experience in an administrative or executive support position, preferably within a technology-oriented organization.

3. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet strict deadlines.

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and friendly demeanor.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools.

6. Acute attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

7. Self-starter with the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with team members.

8. Demonstrated experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

9. Knowledge of current technology trends and experience in the tech industry is a plus.
