A reputed real estate company in dubai is looking to hire office administrator as an addition to our outstanding team .
-act as the point of contact between the management and internal/external clients
-screen and direct calls /emails and distribute correspondence.
-produce reports ,presentation and briefs
-coordinate with agents and clients and responsible for coordinating with agents to schedule appointments and showings
-maintain office equipment and supplies, responsible to ensure all office supplies are in good working condition and adequately stocked
-provide customer service to clients such as answering questions and addressing concerns.
-ensure a smooth functioning of the office
-Editing property pictures
-manage social media marketing materials (instagram,facebook LinkedIn etc)
-monitoring inventory for sale ,rentals and renewals.
-Devise and maintain office filling systems
-calling landlords,checking availability and arranging viewing
-compose, edit and draft letters,addendum’s ,and property -related contracts.
المهارات
-Minimum 1 year experience in real estate is a must
-organization skills
-corporate communication
-working within strict deadline
-expert with Ms office suite applications
-capable of managing multiple tasks
-provide general office and operational support
-well informed of all related online properties advertisement (property finder,bayut,dubizzle etc
-Adhere to Rera regulations (full knowledge of Trakheesi)
-knowledgeable of all real estate forms (Form A,B,and I ,etc)
-office administration experience is a must
-eager to learn
-Has experience in propspace CRM(Preference)
