Here’s a snapshot of what your responsibilities would include:

  • Developing and implementing paid social media marketing strategies across Facebook, Snapchat, Tiktok, and Twitter ads.
  • Using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive results.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Providing guidance on campaign execution to the team.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key social media partners and staying up to date on industry trends.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align paid ads initiatives with overall business campaigns.
  • Developing and implementing testing plans to improve campaign performance and drive innovation.
  • Creating and maintaining budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for social media channels.
  • Understanding and utilizing pixels and event tracking to track conversions and optimize campaigns.
  • Understanding attribution models to accurately measure campaign effectiveness.

Must Have:

  • E Commerce background.
  • Experience in all paid social channels (Snapchat, Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter).
  • App Marketing experience.
  • Experience with Adjust and Ga4.
  • Experience with GCC market and KSA specifically.

  • Proficient in campaigns management, excel and powerpoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet all deadlines.
  • Proven project and time management skills.
  • Effective people and team-building proficiencies.
  • Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Preferable Arabic speaker.

Your Education / Qualification:

  • Graduate Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a high paced environment.
