الوصف الوظيفي
· Understand company’s product offerings.
· ERP Product Support / Implementation,
· Understand and Map the Software Process with client requirement,
· GAP Analysis, Provide Support / Training to the Client for ERP,
· Handle Client Request and Issues, Application Monitoring and Reporting,
· Maintaining Daily Log for all the Actions performed.
· Commendable solution to all client’s technical queries. Commendable solution to all client product queries.
· Ensure the customer balance status prior to giving support & response in suitable manner with win situation.
· Maintain technical documentation & CRM.
· Assessment of infrastructure. Co-ordination With team & Seniors.

· Strong communication in English,
· Customer service skills,
· Knowledge of MS Office,
· Preferable Accounting knowledge
