Tanseeq Investment Group is looking for a digital marketer who is an outside the box thinker; a forward-thinking individual who is able to understand various trends in the market and who can research new and upcoming tactics to determine the best path to implement digital marketing strategies to ensure the successful and efficient marketing campaigns. The candidate should be one who has a very hands-on approach and is aware of some tricks of the trade and is always eager to learn new ones. Someone who can innovate and come up with their own ideas and run also experiments on them. Selected candidates will have the freedom to cook up and implement interesting ideas into their marketing campaigns.

المهارات

  • 2-5 years’ experience in managing medium to large campaigns.
  • We value expertise in a person rather than his/her experience. If you believe you have the expertise, talent and drive for the role, go ahead and apply.
  • Proficiency in managing PPC accounts on AdWords and/or AdCenter.
  • Should be able to manage both Search and Display campaigns.
  • Exposure and hands-on experience managing AdWords retargeting/re-marketing campaigns is a must.
  • Should be well versed in implementing ad-extensions like Call-Outs, Sitelinks, Structured Snippets, etc
  • Proficiency in running ads, maintaining pages, and creating social engagement on Facebook would be added benefit.
  • Managing and maintaining large keyword lists. Keyword research and contextual understanding of what works and what doesn't in the GCC markets is very important
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Perform daily account management of pay per click accounts on Google Ads
  • Maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates for Search and Display campaigns.
  • Management of Display network placement lists on Google Ads and other contextual advertising platforms.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting across the Search & Display networks, and other facets of paid search in accordance with revenue goals.
  • Create new paid search campaigns, ad groups, & keywords and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives as per websites assigned.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking and other paid search initiatives.
  • Keep pace with SEO and PPC industry trends and developments.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with internal revenue goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
  • Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
  • Traffic and competitor analysis to be done regularly & routinely to maintain an edge.
  • Ability to story-tell and create interesting and engaging content will be a huge plus.
