E-commerce specialist

Responsibility

1. Manage the day-to-day operations for E-Commerce website & Mobile App.
2. Manage reporting and analysis of sales data to drive listing improvements
3. Report and analyze Key Performance Indicators and category performance on a weekly basis
4. Manage the procurement and implementation of new technologies.
5. Manage Development company (Website & Mobile App) workload
6. Monitor order status, shipping etc.
7. Maintain integrity of product Catalog and make updates.
8. Complete competitive analysis on how competitors are promoting products and programs on their digital platforms within the market
9. Manage customer retention and loyalty programs
10. Reviewing website analytics to determine which products are most popular or what factors may be influencing customer behavior
11. Manage product types, categories, names, SKUs, attributes, descriptions.
12. Handle CMS/content updates, image uploads, etc.

Candidate requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or Business, with 3+ years of direct experience in E-Commerce sales
2. Experience in managing E-Commerce Marketing campaign.
3. Prior experience with Magneto sites is a plus.
4. Prior experience in perfume, Makeup & accessories is a plus.
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent skills in MS. Excel
8. Good command in English is a must (writing and speaking)
