Responsibility
- Manage the day-to-day operations for E-Commerce website & Mobile App.
- Manage reporting and analysis of sales data to drive listing improvements
- Report and analyze Key Performance Indicators and category performance on a weekly basis
- Manage the procurement and implementation of new technologies.
- Manage Development company (Website & Mobile App) workload
- Monitor order status, shipping etc.
- Maintain integrity of product Catalog and make updates.
- Complete competitive analysis on how competitors are promoting products and programs on their digital platforms within the market
- Manage customer retention and loyalty programs
- Reviewing website analytics to determine which products are most popular or what factors may be influencing customer behavior
- Manage product types, categories, names, SKUs, attributes, descriptions.
- Handle CMS/content updates, image uploads, etc.
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or Business, with 3+ years of direct experience in E-Commerce sales
- Experience in managing E-Commerce Marketing campaign.
- Prior experience with Magneto sites is a plus.
- Prior experience in perfume, Makeup & accessories is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent skills in MS. Excel
- Good command in English is a must (writing and speaking)
