We are looking for a Real Estate Agents

If you are in UAE, particularly in Dubai.

NO SALARY(only commission based)

Core Responsibilities:

A Property Consultant is a real estate agent who manages the entire transaction process of a property purchase or sale. This position is best geared to consultants who have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to manage a large portfolio of clients.

– Consultants are knowledgeable about the real estate market and are able to provide expert advice to their clients as they prepare to make the largest purchase or sale of their lives.

– Oversee and negotiate the terms of contract for real estate sales and purchases.

– Understand and be able to consult with clients about local real estate market.

– Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

– Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.

– Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.

– Promote sales through social media.
