الوصف الوظيفي
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and courier deliveries.
- Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all front desk equipment is working properly, and promptly report any issues.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
المهارات
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, if required.
- Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus.
