Technical Coordinator I AFET I Dubai, UAE
Overview of the role:
Coordinate with the call centre and ensure all the complains are registered in CAFM system and updated on a timely manner as per SLA/KPI. Prepare estimations and quotations.
What you will do:
Key Accountability -1
Responsible for :
- Prepare the estimation and quotations as per contract SLA.
- Submit to client the commercial proposals.
- Support Engineer in scheduling the works.
- Open the SR on the CAFM system for all received complains.
- Close all the CM/RM SR in the system and maintain records.
- Coordinate with Supervisors to collect data for service entries.
- Ensure that all service reports are entered in the system without any errors.
- Do the labour hour posting on the SKM system
- Maintain service report files in a standard manner for future reference and audit purpose.
Key Accountability -2
Responsible for :
- Contribute to the development of a customer focused service and a positive corporate image, including the maintenance of good working relationship with client, client representatives.
- Achieve and enhance customer satisfaction by meeting and /or exceeding the customer requirements, SLA’s, KPI’s.
- Meeting, reporting client at regular intervals to maintain good communication and rapport with client and clients team
Key Accountability -3
Responsible for :
- Contribute to safe systems of work and the development of quality management system by ensuring all work practices comply with relevant safety standard.
- Ensure that measures to protect personal safety and well-being are always in place and that personal actions do not jeopardize the safety and well-being of others
- Implement all HSE policy, Safe Operating Procedures, and Safe Work Instructions (tool box talk) – thus preventing potential incidents at all times

Required Skills to be successful:
Job-Specific Skills:
- Ability to read the service reports.
- Adequate skills of document controlling.
- Ability to prepare estimations/quotations, method statements, risk assessments, permit to work for various maintenance activities.
- Ability to clearly communicate with client, team, managers and other stake holders
- Ability to work with computer aided facilities management system (CAFM) and mobility
- Ability to understand and work with commercial requirements like plan cost, budgets limits, profit and loss
- Ability to prepare and maintain various documents like inspection reports, handover reports etc.
- Willing to continuously upgrade on current industry standards, best practices.
- Demonstrate high standard HSE Practices

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Graduate or equivalent.
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
- Language skills: English and Arabic
Minimum Experience:
3-4 years of call center experience and computer skills of MS office is must.
