Principal Accountabilities:
· Drive the digitalization of financial reporting in Power BI, from consolidated performance to the lowest level of details (Financials P&L, B/S, CFS, Country performance, margin analysis by SKU):
o Develop Power BI dashboards as per road map defined for Finance, using DAX and Modelling.
o Responsible for data collection and data centralization before integration to Power BI, in line with solutions recommended by IT and SVL Digital Manager.
o Tool administration to ensure that key reports are timely and accurately updated, in accordance to group reporting timeline.
· Provide the FM OTC MD with in depth business and financial analysis in Power BI
· Actively participate to planning and forecasting activities leading to delivery of the yearly plan and quarterly forecast, with a specific focus on market and SKU performance to be updated in Power BI (planning tool extract to update Power BI).
· Support the FM with Margin Sharing analysis allowing fair application of pricing deed, and settlement in Power BI.
· Oversight of month end close activities and review of the reporting packs received by Central MI team for update in Power BI.
· Support and lead operational performance in countries for products deliveries by challenging actuals performance against plan in Power BI.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experiences:
· Power BI developer skills (DAX, modelling…), and experience in designing End to End financial reporting solutions.
· Expert in Data connectivity and Data management (cloud, Sharepoint, Datalake…)
· Knowledge of Basic EDW concepts, SQL hands on experience is a plus.
· Superior analytical skills.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Excellent presentation skills.
· Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
· Solid Business acumen to offer insight as well as reporting, understanding and succinctly explaining complex business issues and analysing business impacts..
· Good knowledge of MS Office including advanced Excel skills and business intelligence tools.
· Self-starter with excellent time management and project management skills.
· Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility.
· Excellent communication skills and knowledge of English, French is a plus.
