IT Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and ensure that projects are completed within deadlines and budget.
- Manage project resources including personnel, vendors, and contractors.
- Identify project risks, and develop and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project issues.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, including progress reports and project metrics.
- Facilitate project meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and action items follow-up.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of project management experience in IT-related projects.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
