Responsibilities

• Prepare the monthly schedule for the PPM
• Ensuring completion of PPM service
• Random inspection and reporting by supervisor monthly.
• Reviewing the PPM reports in weekly basis and recorded in the server.
• Reviewing the time sheet for the team and recorded in server.
• Reviewing the breakdown attended and reconfirm the efficiency of the rectification performed.
• Attending the joint inspection with new product team for FMC as per the requested date.
• Submitting the report for the maintenance inspection by the next day Maximum of inspection.
• Attending the site survey for the new inquiry maintenance and repair works
• Ensuring the availability of the technical documents & drawing required for the new AMC.
• Trying to get new inquiry for the maintenance department.

Qualifications

• Must have a diploma or engineering degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be well versed in procedures and SOPs.
• Can join immediately or short notice
