Position Title: Assistant Cost Controller

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 6.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:

Check and park of the receiving documents by the stores against the order on documentation of LPO.
Report on Daily Food Costing and Executive Meal summary to input on material management in SAP.
Finalize event revenue and supervise stocks for events with over 200 covers.
Summarize stocks for all outlets and general stores at every month end.
Provide analytical reports to Outlet Managers for evaluation, budget, and forecast.
Analyze the variances in inventory and prepare action plans to address shortages as applicable.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience as a Cost Controller or Assistant Cost Controller in hospitality, FNB, or amusement industry
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
