Position Title: Accounts Receivables & Collections Officer

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:

A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe

Job Description:

Coordinating with vessel operators, port authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe vessel operations.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures for vessel and port operations.
Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of cargo movements, including bills of lading, cargo manifests, and customs declarations.
Identifying and resolving issues related to cargo and vessel operations, including delays, damage, and other problems.
Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as logistics, agency, and customer service teams, to ensure smooth and efficient cargo operations.

Qualifications:

45 years old and below
At least 2 years of experience from AR & collections within an international environment
Immediate joiners or with maximum 1 month will be prioritized
