الوصف الوظيفي
- Recruit experienced agents
- Build relationships with existing agents
- Deliver the greatest chance of success for your agents
- Implement proven methodology to grow and retain current agents
- Ongoing coaching through our Performance Partnership for Agent Success
- Individual and office training as necessary and/or requested
- Provide overall management through planning, organizing and directing the activities of the Sales Agents in the office.
- Provide support services for Sales Agents in the way transaction management, compliance, technology, advertising and continuing education
- Promote an excellent office appearance
- Work closely with agents, and affiliate company to formulate and implement various strategies, approaches and trainings
- Assist in the planning and organization of local events
المهارات
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experienced in all aspects of residential real estate transactions with 5+ years of sales experience
- Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts and procedures; hold active local real estate or brokers license
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, aware of current real estate technology and willing to seek out and embrace new and emerging technology
- Interpersonal and people skills
- Be approachable and relatable with leadership inspiration and ability to learn from others
- Extensive area knowledge of UAE Cities.
