Position Title: Retail Floor Supervisor

Employment Type: Full-tim

Salary: up to 16K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifcation

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:

A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the areas of F&B, Retail and Entertainment

Job Description:

• Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to and upheld as per organization standards, and a safe environment is upheld for all customers, staff, and suppliers while achieving and maximizing occupancy targets
• Achieve and exceed Sales Targets and monthly team KPIs
• Train and Coach team members on effectively handling resolution of customer grievances and queries with minimum cost to the business
• Source brand partners and trends in line with the guidelines and targets set out by the business
• Implement and maintain professional grooming/dress code and suitable style for the environment at work by being a role model for the team, always showing the customers and brand partners what a great and innovative store looks like

المهارات

Qualifications:

• 25 to 35 years old
• Must have 4 years minimum experience in handling a store – luxury/top international brands
• Immediate joiners will be priotitized
