The Medical Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a medical office.

They will oversee administrative tasks, ensure compliance with regulations and policies, and provide excellent customer service to visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the front desk operations including handling phone calls and emails.

Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow and maintain customer records and information.

Oversee billing and manage customers accounts.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and policies.

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.

Manage inventory and supplies, order necessary equipment and supplies as needed.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical office administration role.

Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and insurance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs) and other medical software systems.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.
