الوصف الوظيفي

A pioneer veterinary clinic in Dubai is looking for the following position:

  1. Veterinary Receptionist
  2. Administrative Assistant
  3. Marketing Specialist

The veterinary clinic is in need of someone who can manage to work in an extremely past-faced and busy working environment.

المهارات

1. Veterinary Receptionist:

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, advance computer skills, team player with initiative, with approachable personality and has a genuine love and care for dogs, cats and small mammals. Freshers, male or female, are welcome to apply. Salary package will be discussed on interview. Arabic language speaker is favorable.

2. Administrative Assistant

Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.

Supporting in daily reports.

Update relevant data using database applications.

Assist in the recruitment process, renewal application and hiring of employees

Maintain an up to date HR file of all employees

Maintain an up to date computerized database of all employees

Assist the Senior Admin in organizing and implementing company/employee , social and activities/events, trainings etc

Maintain files and other information under strict confidentiality

Maintain an up to date company licenses/contract files and records

Updating & monitoring employees time attendance records and leave overview

Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records

Maintain inventory of office stock, ordering of stationery, and grocery.

Assist in the monthly clinic inventory

Organize travel arrangements for senior managers

Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff

Book meeting conference, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc.

Maintain computer and manual filing systems

Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Take accurate minutes of meetings

Coordinate office procedures

Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient

Assist with projects as assigned by senior leadership

Providing support to staff members in the department.

Perform other duties as required

With good computer skills, Proficient in MS Office

Attention to detail

Problem-solving

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently

3. Marketing Specialist

Candidate must be fluent in English and should furthermore have experience in writing Marketing Support for Social media, newsletters, website content maintenance and upkeep, creating marketing materials (like banners, posters and flyers), Google SEM and SEO, monthly reports, insights, photo/video editing, and all other marketing related tasks.
