Position Purpose:

To set up and be accountable for the delivery of the design brief and site execution for each project,

managing the designers' team and working with the Construction manager to ensure that the execution

is adhered to for all new restaurant construction, existing restaurant remodeling, and major expansion

projects.

Accountable for all real estate activities. Partners with the Construction Manager to optimize PLACE and

to align goals with Corporate strategies, enhancing customer experience, convenience, and relevance by

optimizing the marketplace through new site development and the existing real estate portfolio, while

maximizing system profits, regional income and return on investment.

The applicant must fulfil the following requirements:

– Advanced University Degree in Architectures engineering.

– Minimum 8 years of experience in Design and/or Real Estate.

– Minimum 3 years in a Managerial Level.

– Excellent negotiation skills to persuade and influence others.

– Ability to multi-task and prioritize work schedules.

– Strong analytical and project management skills.

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

– Fluent in Arabic and English.
