Fast-growing wholesale company is looking for a Sales Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Sales department development;
Implementation and configuration of CRM systems;
Building a system of training and development of sales managers.
المهارات
Key requirements for the candidate:
High communication and negotiation skills;
Sales coaching skills;
Systems thinking and organizational skills;
Personnel management skills;
Experience in negotiating with suppliers and contractors.
Experience required: min 5 years
Technology skills:
Knowledge of the basics of practical marketing;
Understanding of pricing principles;
Possession of skills in the implementation of sales tools;
Understanding of business processes of all departments of the company;
Experience in implementing and configuring CRM systems;
Ability to identify key points of daily control;
Ability to build a system of training and development of sales managers.
Will be a plus: car and local license.
