We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other means
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry contacts
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives
  • Monitor and report on business development metrics and KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team

المهارات

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business development strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Results-driven mindset and ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools and technologies
  • Willingness to travel as needed (domestically and internationally)
