Noor Al Hussein Foundation is seeking a qualified candidate to fill in the position of a “Project Officer”.
Duties and Responsibilities
– Develop the project plan to ensure that project objectives, timelines, and budgets are well-defined and achievable.
– Oversee the implementation of the project.
– Develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation plan for the project.
– Participate in meetings, project site visits and workshops.
– Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of the project.
– Prepare project reports, presentations, documentation, and other deliverables for all stakeholders as requested.
– Develop communication and advocacy strategies to raise awareness of the project and its impact.
– Ensure that the project complies with all relevant policies, regulations, and standards, including those of the donor, host country governments, and other stakeholders.
Required Background, Knowledge & Skills:
BA degree in Business Administration, Development Studies or any related fields.
– 5 years’ minimum experience in implementing development projects.
– English proficiency (written/verbal).
– Strong writing, analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
– Financial analysis and budgeting.
Advanced computer skills
– Excellent team player with proven leadership of diverse teams.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
