A reputable and well-established Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Training Supervisor for their team in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

Arrange training schedule, requirements, and preparations.
Identify training requirements and provide recommendations on programs and activities.
Conduct technical training programs for internal and external stakeholders according to company standards.
Act as a point-of-contact for participants and management. Coordinate and support where necessary.
Attend seminars and workshops for new training methods and techniques and prepare and update training content.
Maintain training records, issue certificates, and report feedback.
Prepare and disseminate training material.

المهارات

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Minimum 2 – 5 years’ field experience as a Trainer or Facilitator (Administrative)
Knowledge of educational management programs, website portals, and IT.
Good organization, time management, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel and attend training and workshops.
