الوصف الوظيفي
We are looking for an experienced HR/Administrative Officer with the objective of providing effective and thorough HR/admin support to the company with considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.
- Handle HR records of personnel-related data and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Respond to internal HR related inquiries or requests
- Provide assistance to the Senior Management as required
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks
- Enforcing company policies and practices
- Prepare internal and external correspondence
- Liaise as required with other administrative, Finance, Operations and support staff
- Receive and screen incoming calls and visitors, determines which are priority matters, and alerts the managers accordingly
- Review and proofread documents prepared for the managers signature
- Assist with purchase order issuance and vendor coordination as required
- Handle various Government related transactions such as Trade Licenses, Labour and Immigration matters directly with government entities or via PRO
- Maintain contact with persons in similar roles with internal and external affiliates.
- Maximize office administration efficiency and productivity through proficient workflows
- Act as liaison between the manager, subordinates or others, by transmitting directives, instructions and assignments and following up on the status of assignments
- Create and format documentation using correct English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Works under broad supervision
- Carry out other duties as required

Skills and Requirements:
- Relevant experience required min 3-5 years
- Gender: Female
- Bachelor’s degree essential
- English fluency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must live in Dubai
- Flexible on working hours
