Our client is a Leading Retail Company. They are now looking for a Guest Relation Officer to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review guest arrival lists to offer a warm greeting.
- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way.
- Addressing and escalating customer complaints.
- Providing information about facilities, programs and other services.
المهارات
Preference
- 2+ years of experience working as a Guest Relations Officer, Hotel Manager, or other related position.
- A professional certification in hotel management may be preferred.
- Should be a customer-focused person with a thorough understanding of the hospitality industry's standards.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or another related discipline is required
- A professional certification may be preferred.
- Good communication skill.
