Job Purpose
As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) will report to the Chairman, The GCFO assumes a strategic role in the overall management of the Group. The GCFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing, assess the financial condition, sourcing of finance and financial restructuring.
Job Description
- Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
- Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
- Take hands-on lead position of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive job cost system.
- Working with Current Investors to identify favorable sourcing for funds e.g. Equity/ Debt
- Identify and source New Investors to work on Equity /Debt basis with MOBH Group
- Identify and source Banks for capital expenditure/working capital requirements of MOBH Group
- Secure Funding for current & upcoming projects by contacting Banks, Financial Institutions etcetera.
- Directs and oversees all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
- Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
- Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
- Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company
- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
- Provide feasibility studies and recommendations for future projects/acquisitions with CAPEX, COPEX, NPV and IRR evaluations and recommend course of action to Management.
- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with UAE & International laws and rules for financial and tax reporting (if and when implemented).
- To perform related duties as assigned by management.

The Successful Applicant
- A Master's degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, business administration, economics
- 10+ years of experience as a financial executive and leader
- Proven experience working with diverse jurisdictions / markets in big companies having a multicultural environment
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
