Overview of the role:

This role to support customer data platform with multiple integration endpoints

What you will do:

Work with CDP Manager on all requirements including but not limited to compliance, digital marketing, customer and field marketing and media. Support CRM initiatives including integrations, segmentations activations
Monitor best practices. This includes participating in workshops to understand business objectives and translating these into a technical design for Audience Stream use cases.
Collaborate with teams from different parts of the organization to fill data gaps.
Continuously monitor data inputs from data warehouse/data sharing tools and outputs to end users, ensuring methodologies and practices do not fall outside of company and industry standards.

About the Team:

You will be reporting to Head of Data Insights & Advanced Analytics and will be an individual contributor

What equips you for the role:

B.E / B.Tech , B.Sc. Degree. Computer Science/statistics or any other numerical degree.
Minimum 7 years of experience in working on data lake or data warehouse systems, MPP systems.
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in data, insights, covering both technical and insights management elements
Candidates who are considered for this role should have demonstrated a high-level of Commercial Acumen,
Excellent IT skills including expert knowledge and experience of database structures, ETL Jobs (Informatica Cloud, ADF) , data modelling, Data designs, Analytics systems (preferably Tableau & Alteryx), SQL and advanced Excel skills.
Experience in Software engineering, data analysis, data integration, data migration, data quality, data governance and experienced in implementing ETL pipelines, data warehousing solutions and BI reporting.
Cloud experience in Azure Data bricks, Azure data factory Pipelines, Azure function, Logic apps, Azure DevOps, and SQL.
Experience in Data Warehouse concepts like Star Schema, Snowflake, Dimension and Fact Tables.
Well versed in Data Modelling, OLAP, ETL, RDBMS and Data warehousing concepts.
Strong knowledge of Entity-Relationship concept, Facts, and dimensions tables, slowly changing dimensions and Dimensional Modeling (Star Schema and Snowflake Schema).
Experience in Bug Fixing, Analysis, Database Design, Performance Tuning, Client Interaction, Testing and Support.
Experience in ETL, DB Jenkins promote and CICD deployments.
Experience working in waterfall and Agile methods.
Experience in MS SQL, PL SQL, Tableau and Power BI
