Job Title: Supplies Specialist III

Receive goods, stock shelves, rotate stock, fill orders and effect deliveries to hospital departments. Maintain a current and up-to-date record of all property control items and equipment. Records and assists in the movement of equipment from department to department and complete the necessary paperwork to conclude the transfer. Responsible for accurate preparation of Purchase Orders (stock and non-stock); Issuance of correct issue vouchers; and control over warehouse inventory.

Education and Licensure:

• Diploma degree of Science in Supply Chain and Logistics , Business Administration or any relevant field.
• High school

Professional Experience:

• For diploma :Fresh Graduate
• For high school 2 years of experience

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

• knowledge of Logistics Procedures
• The Skill of flexibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively through presentations, emails, one-on-one, and team discussion.
• Troubleshooting, problem solving.
• The knowledge of both Arabic and English languages.
• Ability to work on Microsoft Office Programs.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and work independently.
• Ability to perform within a changing workload and/or priorities and meet order schedules with quality results.
• Ability to collaborate and work well within a team environment, and willingness to motivate and support others.
