Job Title: Real Estate Agent
Job Summary: The Optimus properties is looking for passionate agent that are looking to be outstanding in the current market
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis of real estate market trends and data to inform business decisions
- List and market properties for sale or rent
- Conduct property showings and provide tours to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and lease agreements on behalf of clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and industry professionals
- Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding property values, market trends, and legal requirements
- Manage property listings and related paperwork, such as contracts, leases, and closing documents
- Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and maintenance as needed
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and developments
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as lawyers, appraisers, and inspectors, as needed to facilitate transactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or real estate is preferred for some roles
- Relevant real estate licensure or certification as Required by RERA
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, laws, and regulations
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology, such as MLS databases, CRMs, and Microsoft Office suite
Work Environment:
Real estate jobs will be office-based. Travel to properties or client meetings may be required. Work hours may vary depending on the job and the needs of clients.
Salary:
