Country Manager
الوصف الوظيفي
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company objectives in the assigned country or regions.
- Manage and oversee all Operations including sales, marketing, customer service, Finance and Logistics.
- Ensure that all employees are working towards achieving the company's goals & objectives and that they are motivated , engaged and performing to he best of their abilities.
- Providing guidance, coaching and leadership to the country team.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop and execute effective business strategies.
- Identify potential partnerships, collaborations and other opportunities to enhance company's operations and growth.
- Monitor and manage budgets and financial performance , ensuring that the country meets or exceeds the revenue and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relations with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers and government officials
- Ensure that all activities are in compliance with local laws and regulations and that the company's reputation is maintained
المهارات
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Related field
- Over 10 + years in senior leadership roles preferably in a similar Industry
- Proven track record of success in managing large teams
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with ability to identify opportunities
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Excellent in communication , interpersonal and leadership skills
- Result oriented and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English and Arabic
