This position is open for ONLY FEMALE candidates.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the service.
Direct prospects to the appropriate person.
Answer all incoming calls, handle inquiries and redirect calls as appropriate, and take adequate messages when required.
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conference telephone calls.
Maintaining and developing relationship with existing/new clients via telephone calls
Knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
Good telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.

Languages : English, Hindi (Required)

Experience :

Tele Sales – 1 year(Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED 2,000.00 – AED 3,000.00 per month

المهارات

Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Professional education in Marketing or Business-centric sector. (Bachelor's preferred).
Ability to solve real-time problems in a professional and calm demeanor.
Prolific administrative and managerial skills to solve common marketing issues.
