- We are seeking experienced Real Estate Agents with a minimum of 6 months experience to join our team in Dubai.
- Successful candidates will be responsible for Secondary (Resale) properties and leasing.
- Handling negotiations, and closing sales.
- This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a proven track record of sales success in the real estate industry.
- Successful candidates must be an expert in their community
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market;
- Experience in the Dubai real estate market from 6 months;
- Processing and sorting of leads;
- Keeping records in the CRM system is a must;
- Conducting negotiations with clients;
- Conducting consultations on real estate investments;
- Presentation of residential complexes, site visits, and viewings;
- Shooting video content for social networks;
- English Level Advanced
