Overview of the role:
To Improve efficiency in all govt transaction required for business and also reduce risk of potential fines and penalties due to Non compliance
What you will do:
• Execute and coordinate registration renewal for rental, Lease and Moov vehicles along with system updation
• Download list of vehicles pending for registration and coordinate for registration
• Underwrite insurance for new vehicle in the portal and also for renewal
• Ensure insurance information reflects in RTA system
• Online registration and download copy of Mulkiya
• Update in the system
• Communicate with customers and other stake holders
• Save copy of Mulkiya
• Publish report for pending case and update the status
• Co ordinate with other team members for any technical or system issues
• Traffic fine payment
• Coordinate with customer for transfer of black point if any and arrange to transfer
• Coordinate for Police report modifications
• Keep business informed and give feedback to all concerned

Required Skills to be successful:
- Teamwork, Customer Focus, Individual Accountability, Continuous Improvement, willing to manage high load of activity,
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience with Insurance company, car Rental, in admin department
