Job Title: HR Specialist I – Organization Development (OD)

Education and Licensure

  • Minimum (Bachelor) degree in HR Management, Business Administrative or any related field from accredited University or College
  • Preferred any certifications in the human resources such as Human Resource Management (SHRM) and CIPD

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum of (2) year experience in HR, Preferred in Organizations Development.
  • Preferably working in hospital.

General Knowledge & Skills:

  • High English language proficiency in writing, reading and speaking.
  • Strong Computer skills especially in Microsoft office Excel is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very well interpersonal and customer relation skills

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

  • Recruitment and selection of employees.
  • Training and development.
  • Performance Management.
  • Compensation and benefits.
  • Saudi Labor Low.
  • Saudi Commission for Health Specialties relation.
  • Governmental Relation websites and systems.
