Job Title: HR Specialist I – Organization Development (OD)
Education and Licensure
- Minimum (Bachelor) degree in HR Management, Business Administrative or any related field from accredited University or College
- Preferred any certifications in the human resources such as Human Resource Management (SHRM) and CIPD
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of (2) year experience in HR, Preferred in Organizations Development.
- Preferably working in hospital.
General Knowledge & Skills:
- High English language proficiency in writing, reading and speaking.
- Strong Computer skills especially in Microsoft office Excel is a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very well interpersonal and customer relation skills
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
- Recruitment and selection of employees.
