  • Maintain professional etiquette to welcome visitors and guide them as per requirement.
  • Maintain smooth functioning of the company by supporting in-house members with general organizational tasks as per requirement.
  • Create a timely record of important meetings and agendas by maintaining the company calendar.
  • Inform interested and appropriate persons about the company's basic details through various communication modes.
  • Handle responsibilities like printing, scanning, collating, etc., to facilitate team members with daily activities.
  • Supporting the company's operations through the procurement of needed goods and services
  • Handling company routine purchases and records of purchases
  • Daily checking of doors, windows, electricity and other matters after get off work
  • Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by the company leaders

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Remarkable ability to handle MS Office tools for completing the required and assigned organizational tasks and duties.
  • Sound command on effective management of existing tasks to enhance work output and create a smooth flow of in-house operations.
