IMMEDIATE HIRING!!!
We're looking for a Real Estate Admin/Accountant/HR with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Qualifications:
• Knowledgeable in CRM Software (Expert – PropertyFinder)
• Have experience in real estate in listing Property finders, Dubizzle and Bayut.
• Knowledgeable in creating online Forms (Form A, B & F) on Dubai Brokers App.
• Knowledgeable about Trakheesi System and creating ad permits.
• Knowledgeable on real estate and property rules and regulations.
• She will also be responsible for the accounts job like; issuing Tax Invoices, Receipts and Quarterly VAT Filing.
• Bank-related jobs like; opening a new Business Account and any verification request from the Bank.
• Personal-related tasks from the owners.
• Will be responsible for handling the HR (Human Resources) for the Employee Offer Letters, and Employee Verification. Will be coordinating with the PRO for Employee Visas.
• A background in sales and marketing is considered a bonus.

WORK TIMINGS: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (Monday-Friday) 2 DAYS OFF
