الوصف الوظيفي
1. Create, draft and review MOU, agreement and other related company legal documents
2. Ensure, controlled and maintain validity of company legal documents
3. Conduct legal research and provide legal advice by cases as needed
4. As representative from the company to do arrangements with related government agencies regarding the corporate legal matters
5. Look for and work with external law and/or legal agency when needed
المهارات
1. Bachelor Degree of Law from reputable university
2. Have an experience minimum 1 year as Legal of relevant experiences
3. Have an excellent ability in identifying problems, strong conceptual and analytical thinking
4. Must be mature, resourceful, self-motivated and result-oriented
5. Good command in English and computer literate is a must
