Position Title: Contracting Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

One of the leading Destination Management Companies in the UAE
Job Description:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with hotels and suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions for clients.
- Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations, manage vendor relationships, and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
- Work with the sales and reservations agents to create customized travel packages for clients that meet their unique needs and budget requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all contract agreements and hotel tariff, and update contract and promotion information on ground handling service file.
المهارات
Qualifications:
- 23 to 40 years old
- Minimum 3 years’ experience from Destination Management Company in the UAE
- Must be knowledgeable about hotel tariff and Ground Handling Service file
- Experienced in contract negotiation with travel vendors especially hotels
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
