Develop the vision, strategy principles and organizational objectives within the Media/Marketing Strategy team to ensure the achievement of the overall objectives and follow up the performance of projects and initiatives.

Description
Develop and update the long-term and short-term programs of strategic planning within the media/marketing team.Conduct studies and analyze data to guide decisions based on forecasts and analytical models, monitor and analyze future trends and forecasts.Develop the goals and objectives of the strategic plan, follow them up and update them periodically.Designing the strategic plans and associated performance indicators, measurement mechanisms.Supporting senior leadership in decision-making.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in business administration, strategic planning, marketing, media, mass communication or equivalent.5+ Years of experience. UAE National with Family Book.Excellent knowledge of media and marketing performance indicators.Previous experience in preparing media strategy plans.Fluency in Arabic and English.Excellent interpersonal skills.
