Our client is looking for Legal Director with leadership experience to lead their legal affairs team to success.

Description
Develop policies and systems based on international best practices and oversee their implementation.Manage legislation and legal studies, including drafting and reviewing laws and regulations.Provide legal advice and opinions to support departmental units in their work.Give appropriate directions to correspondence and periodic reports received by the Department from all stakeholders inside and outside the department. Direct and supervise investigations into employee conduct and manage correspondence and reports.Provide guidance and oversight of all work related to expressing opinion and legal advice.
Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Law.UAE Nationality with Family Book.10-12 years of relevant work experience in legal affairs, preferably in a government or public sector organisation.Extensive legal education and training, including a law degree from a reputable university.Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and make informed decisions based on legal analysis.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
