As our business is expanding globally and regionally and in our pursuit to always move closer to our clients and partners in the region, we are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai branch to contribute to the below:
Duties and responsibilities
- Together with the team, being responsible for multinational customer support from order acceptance to invoicing, including but not limited to order verification and entry, items booking, preparation of export documents and cross-departmental communication
- Ensuring smooth order operation and clarity of execution for assigned projects
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure efficient deliveries and prevent delays
- Providing customer advice/support by email/telephone as when required
- As the Inside sales coordinator you will be involved in the day-to-day operation, follow-ups of customer inquiries and preparation of quotations.
- You will personally support existing and new customers from the beginning to the end of order processing (Customer Care) whenever required
- Involvement in regional, international, and cross-department projects.

The successful candidate will have:
- Profound experience in sales support operations and logistics
- Cross-departmental collaboration and teamwork come naturally to you
- Developed customer relationship management skills in receiving, filtering, and successfully resolving customers' requests and queries.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and being able to learn in a timely manner
- Working with deadlines is something you are comfortable with
- Outstanding organization skills and the ability to provide ad-hoc reports and information whenever required
- Good knowledge of SAP R3 (CS and SD module) and MS Office applications
- Fluent English skills, French knowledge is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics/business administration/operations related field is an advantage
- Clear and concise communication methods across different levels of operation
- Experience in process improvement projects
