HR & Admin Assistant

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR department
  • handle all employees’ requirements and requests
  • Assist in the recruitment and the onboarding process for all related departments
  • Maintaining human resources records
  • Monitor and provide reports for the weekly and monthly attendance and roasters
  • Assist in preparing monthly payroll
  • Any other task assigned by the direct supervisor

Skills

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent English Language
  • Excellent Computer skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in any business administration or any related major
