Overall Purpose of the Role:
Follow up the installation of aerial electrical cables (Low And Medium Voltage) , and any works within the scope of work.
Key Responsibilities:
General and Task Management:
• Supervising all operations related to the establishment and extension of electrical and aerial cables, according to the plan.
• Evaluation of all equipment and materials used in the project.
• Supervise the work done according to the agreed plans
• Testing all finished electrical and pneumatic installations and ensuring that they are working as required.
• Transforming the engineering department manager's orders into actual practice
• Ensure that all workers on site comply with health, safety and environmental regulations
• Preparing all necessary reports for work and submitting them to the line manager.
• Sending reports to the executive supervisors on the completed works and the amendments, if any.
• Follow up on daily operations and solve daily problems – if any.
• Apply technical standards and procedures to carry out tasks
• Ensure that all techniques, procedures and designs meet appropriate standards
• Monitor the project budget to ensure it is not exceeded The ability to carry out some administrative tasks, such as monitoring workers' hours, and preparing the necessary correspondence.

Skills and Attributes:
▪ Experience in managing overhead electrical installation projects.
▪ Strong knowledge of electrical installation safety.
• Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
• Commercially and financially aware
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong technical mindset and able to read and interpret technical data and translate to others
• Results orientated and organized with the ability to deliver against deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Qualifications and Experience Levels:
• Relevant engineering degree preferred, +5 Years of Experience in installation of aerial electrical cables (Low And Medium Voltage).
• Good IT systems knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills
• Able to show evidence of adding value and cost optimization
