• Drive sales performance through the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Build a strong team where team members collaborate effectively and understand their (individual and shared) goals and purpose.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key and potential clients.
• Participate in negotiations and become a key player in administering contractual agreements with clients.
• Provide the Company with marketing/sales intelligence related to own area of responsibility and help the Company's performance
