We are Hiring a Freelancers Trainers

The Business Development Center–BDC, is a Jordanian non-profit organization dedicated to fostering sustainable socio-economic development through employability and entrepreneurship training programs, social enterprises support hand-in-hand with a strong team of experts and pool of trainers, is looking for Freelance trainers as follows:

Desired Requirements:

– University Degree

– Training experience for 216 hours in the last 3 years

– Age between 25-45

– Able to deliver training outside Amman

– Any professional certificate is a plus

– Owning a Business is a plus

– Having the ability to adopt practical examples and update training materials to meet the market needs

– Very good in Arabic and English communication and professional

– Excellent Communication Skills

– Excellent teamwork

– We are seeking for an experts within the following fields (Access to Finance, SMEs Credit and Loans, How to start your business, Digital Marketing, Market Readiness, Seals and Negotiation, Customer Services, Product Service and Development, Design Thinking, and Pitching)

* If you are shortlisted you will be asked to attend a (Training of Trainers) TOT session
