Administrative Assistant / Secretary
Office location: Medical City st., Amman, Jordan.
Type of Contract: Full-time.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, provide them with any required information, and support them as needed.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Respond to customers' queries via Whatsapp and other social media channels
- Maintain contact lists
- Prepare excel sheets, reports, certificates, and other documents as needed
- Order office supplies
- Assist the manager and the other team members as needed
- Keep all company websites up to date
- Work with the marketing team to manage posts publishing on the different platforms
- Work closely with the training team to provide the best service for our customers.
- Manage online orders and track payments and shipping.
- Manage online and offline media storage
- Maintaining a working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with customers.
- Provide technical support to the team
- Staying informed on social media trends, innovations, and changes.
- Support other team members in other areas as needed
- Represent the company in events and book fairs as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent computer skills ( ICDL is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
