SEO manager is needed, the mother company is located in the USA

Responsibilities:

Works closely with Washington DC based marketing leaders and channel owners to assess needs, develop content marketing strategies to support team priorities, and create and/or refine content based on established company goals, target audiences, and buyer personas
Work with our internal content teams to develop content that supports lead generation, company value prop, website, brand messaging/awareness, customer retention and upsell, and other related initiatives
Exceed SEO growth traffic and revenue targets, driving double-digit annual growth
Ensure we follow SEO best practices, from on-page content to technical approach
Optimizing on-page copy for semantic relevance and long-tail keyword targets
Implementing technical SEO best practices, such as canonicalization and redirection
Planning and executing link-building initiatives
Conducting site-wide SEO audits with minimal assistance
Spotting errors in page code and recommending corrections
Leverage dashboard data and reports to evaluate the degree of success of SEO efforts to develop and recommend SEO initiatives and campaigns
Manage, create and optimize local map listings on Google My Business and citations
Performing keyword research on an ongoing basis and identify uncover SEO keyword gaps to develop a pipeline of high-performing web pages
Building content strategy aligned with SEO and internal linking practices
Analyzing, tracking, and reporting on overall organic search performance, using data to report progress on key initiatives with insights that will shape future SEO strategies

المهارات

Required Skills:

2+ years related experience in Organic Search/SEO with a top brand and/or agency strongly preferred.
A strong understanding of SEO strategies and the business models of search platforms (Google, Microsoft, Amazon and Apple)
Experience with search technologies and platforms (Google Search Console, STAT, Screaming Frog, AHrefs, SEMRush, Bing Webmaster Tools, etc)
Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Data Visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Must be experienced with CRAFT CMS
